This Privacy Policy explains what information PropTracker (the “Service”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide, such as your name and email address.
• Content you enter, such as properties, tenants, income, expenses, mileage, hours, and any notes or files you upload.
• Billing information handled by our payment processor (we receive a subscription status and customer reference, not your full card number).
• Technical data needed to run the Service, such as session and log information.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and operate the Service, process subscriptions, send account and notification emails you have set up, and maintain security. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service, and share only what is needed for each:

• Supabase: database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe: subscription payments.
• Resend: transactional and notification email.
• Google Maps: address lookup and mileage features.
• Vercel: application hosting.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete records from within the app, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can access and update your information in the app, manage notification emails in settings, and request access to or deletion of your data. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, the UK, or California), you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete it; to exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.
